Like the wild yeast of sourdough, transformation takes time. Spend the day learning the rhythm of the bake, moving through a slow and steady seasonal practice, while carving out sacred pockets of time for journaling, quiet reflection, and open space. We'll break bread together and enjoy a nourishing, soul-warming meal.

Through her deeply restorative guidance, Melanie invites you to exhale completely, dissolve into the present moment, and rest in the sanctuary of your own being.
